Registration open for Farmers Union summer camps

Registration is now open for 2018 Farmers Union Camps.
Each summer, hundreds of farming and civic girl from all over Wisconsin and over attend in camps during Wisconsin Farmers Union’s Kamp Kenwood on a shores of Lake Wissota nearby Chippewa Falls.
According to WFU Education Director Cathy Statz, campers who attend in Farmers Union Camps rise skills and recognition of cooperation, leadership, farming birthright and citizenship in a safe, fun and moving environment.
“Our stay programs are designed so there is something for everyone, and for over 80 years they have focused on care growth and citizenship with a mild approach,” Statz said.
Campers during any stay event emanate their possess Camp Co-op Store, elect a house of directors, buy shares and accept clientele dividends during a finish of any camp.
A change of workshops, speakers, hands-on activities and artistic play keeps campers busy.
Each afternoon offers giveaway time for a float in a lake, a diversion of silt volleyball or other supervised recreational activities.
